Twentyfirst Street Bridge – North

The survey of the Twentyfirst Street Bridge North site in 2018 noted that there were small patches of black box as well as lignum, nitre bush and river salt bush. In common with other sites along Bookmark Creek, samphire was the main groundcover with areas of poverty bush and bladder salt bush.

The infrastructure for the site will be built in 2023 in readiness for the first watering in July 2023. There will be a range of works which will include the deployment of new pipelines, a channel to connect the main basin to a nearby RIT outlet and erosion avoidance measures.
